What Is The Weight Loss Cure?



The weight loss cure, in my opinion, is the FatLoss4Idiots program. This is because it does not do what most diet plans do, which is promote low fat, low calorie, or low carb diets. In addition, it is easy to understand and use and it is also highly affordable.

Using low fat diets, an idea that has been popular for 15 years, has not helped people lose weight. While grocery shelves are now stocked with low fat products, people appear to still be gaining weight at an alarming rate. Certain fats are essential for metabolic functions and to cut them out of your diet actually makes you feel worse. This is because your body uses these certain fats as fuel for cellular processes.

Using low calorie diets does not work either. You need calories for energy, and with insufficient energy your body's fat burning system slows down. While it is possible to lose weight by starving yourself, there is a rebound effect. You often gain back everything you lost, and sometimes a little more.

Using low carb diets means depriving your body of an essential food group which again upsets your metabolic balance. Your body needs carbohydrates for energy, and sticking to a low carb diet is very hard on it.

Thus, depriving your body of essential fats, calories, or carbohydrates makes you feel lethargic and moody because you are depriving it of fuel foods. Not only do you feel tired all the time, but you only lose a little weight before gaining it back.

Other diets like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig, etc., require you to buy expensive pre-packaged foods. You also need quite a bit of expertise and group support to get these diets to work.

What, then, is the weight loss cure?

The FatLoss4Idiots diet, despite the silly name, is actually highly intelligent. While it is easy to use, the ideas behind it are very effective:

It works on the principle of raising fat burning hormones after each meal and minimizing fat storage.
